Philip was not our broker we had previously after searching many many properties got in touch with another Realtor and company she was not willing to find out info on the particular house I wanted and lied and said she did we contacted Philip by his sign he immediately agreed to meet with us and showed the property. I told him what was going on and he went above and beyond to insure I got the house I wanted I had to do my part but he did not let me down in anyway he worked very hard for me,not knowing me or my family and him not even being my Realtor .I would and will highly recommend him to anyone looking g to buy a home.
